Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Thank you for choosing Lirvani. We want every purchase to reach your home with as little uncertainty as possible. This policy outlines how we prepare, ship, and deliver orders placed at lirvani.com.

Lirvani is operated by Hefei Kali E-commerce Co., Ltd.

1. Preparing Your Purchase

After an order is successfully placed, our fulfilment team begins reviewing the purchase, confirming the necessary details, and arranging the items for shipment.

Most orders are ready to leave our fulfilment facilities within 1–3 business days. Our business days run from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Occasionally, payment verification, delivery-address checks, or product availability may extend this preparation period. If additional time is needed, we will notify you through the email address provided at checkout.

2. Where We Deliver & How Long It Takes

Shipping times vary according to the destination and carrier arrangements.

The following estimates apply after an order has been dispatched and do not include the initial 1–3 business-day processing period.

Delivery Destination Estimated Transit Time
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand 5–10 business days
European destinations 7–14 business days
Other supported destinations 10–20 business days

These timeframes are provided as estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Unexpected circumstances, including customs inspections, adverse weather, transportation interruptions, remote delivery locations, or seasonal shipping demand, may affect the final delivery date.

3. Standard Shipping Rates

We aim to keep delivery costs clear and straightforward.

Complimentary Standard Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping when your merchandise subtotal reaches USD $49 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Flat-Rate Standard Shipping

For merchandise subtotals below USD $49, a standard shipping charge of USD $6.99 applies.

If faster shipping options are available for your destination, their additional costs will be displayed separately during checkout.

4. How Your Order Is Fulfilled

To accommodate different product selections and delivery destinations, Lirvani works with its own or contracted fulfilment facilities.

Your items may be dispatched from a facility outside your country of residence. In some cases, products within the same order may travel in separate packages.

The dispatch location depends on product availability and fulfilment arrangements. We do not describe shipments as locally dispatched unless that is accurate for the specific order.

5. Following Your Delivery

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information is available, we will send a dispatch confirmation to your checkout email address.

This notification will contain the carrier's name and a tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 72 hours after receiving the dispatch notification for the first tracking scan to become visible.

If no tracking movement appears after this period, contact service@lirvani.com and include your order number so our team can review the shipment.

6. Correcting Your Shipping Details

Please review your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before fulfilment begins. However, once a package has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate and complete shipping details.

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address or repeated delivery refusal, we will contact you to discuss possible reshipment charges or an eligible refund.

7. When Delivery Doesn't Go as Expected

We understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating, particularly when tracking information is unclear.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period for your destination, please contact service@lirvani.com.

Our customer support team will review the shipment details, verify the delivery information, and request an investigation from the carrier when appropriate.

Missing or Lost Packages

We remain responsible for assisting with verified losses occurring during transit. Based on the investigation's findings, an appropriate replacement or refund may be arranged.

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery scan.

8. International Orders, Customs & Import Charges

Depending on your delivery destination, taxes or import duties may apply to your purchase.

Some charges may be collected during checkout, while others may be assessed by customs authorities in the destination country.

When import charges have not been collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying applicable duties, taxes, or other lawful import fees.

Lirvani does not intentionally provide inaccurate declarations regarding the value or contents of shipped packages.

9. Customer Assistance & Business Information

If you have questions about shipping costs, estimated delivery dates, or an order already on its way, our customer care team is available to assist.
