Order Preparation

Cancelling an Order
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation is available when the order has not yet entered fulfilment. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Products that have been used, installed, altered or had protective packaging removed may be subject to return restrictions, except where applicable law or the circumstances of a damaged, defective or incorrect product require otherwise.
Following receipt and inspection of an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
